1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WinnipegSpirit ("the Platform") at returnframe.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform — Free Entertainment Only

WinnipegSpirit is a free-to-play social entertainment platform. All Spirit Coins are fictional tokens with absolutely no monetary value. The Platform does not facilitate, simulate, or encourage real-money gambling. No real money is accepted, wagered, won, or lost. No prizes are awarded.

Spirit Rush, LIGHTNING CHAIN, and all other game mechanics exist solely for entertainment purposes and have no bearing on real-world outcomes of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be aged 18 or older to use the Platform. By clicking "Yes, I'm 18+" on the age gate, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who cannot confirm their age.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the Platform.
  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the game engine.
  • Misrepresent the nature of Spirit Coins to any third party.
  • Attempt to exchange Spirit Coins for real money, goods, or services.
  • Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on WinnipegSpirit — including logos, symbols, artwork, game mechanics, code, and copy — is the intellectual property of the Platform operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Emoji-based symbol artwork is derived from the Twemoji open-source project (CC BY 4.0). Bootstrap CSS grid is MIT-licensed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the preservation of your Spirit Coins balance if your browser storage is cleared.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of Spirit Coins data resulting from browser cache clearing.

8. Responsible Entertainment

Even as a free platform, we encourage mindful use. If you or someone you know experiences distress related to gaming behaviour, please consult the resources listed on our Play Wisely page.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
